Mas Café officially opened for business on Sunday, June 17, 2007. It was a opening that far exceeded our expectations. Already, we have a good number of regulars, and a lot of buzz around town. We recently had a half page write-up in the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal and are scheduled for a full article in the Morning Call, the main newspaper for the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area. It is all very exciting and hectic with long hours and late nights, but totally worth it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the good fortune continues. In the mean time, I'm really focusing on customer service and serving the highest quality food and beverages. Thanks ABC’s!

Completion of our coffee business + barista workshop will give you the information you need to open a successful business in the competitive world of retail specialty coffee.
