DITTING MASCHINEN AG, based in Bachenbülach/Switzerland and MAHLKÖNIG GmbH & Co.KG, based in Hamburg/Germany, both known as the leading manufacturing companies for commercial coffee grinding equipment, will merge under the roof of the Swiss company HEMRO AG.

The worldwide wellknown and successful brand names DITTING and MAHLKÖNIG will remain independent and continue as individual brands. Both manufacturing plants in Bachenbülach and Hamburg will be continuing and expanding its operations. In total, the new group employs approx. 150 people and a turnover of approx. 40 Mio. CHF / approx. 24 Mio. EUR is expected for the year 2007.

The holding HEMRO AG is based in Bachenbülach, Switzerland. Mr. Nils Erichsen, Managing Partner of MAHLKÖNIG GmbH & Co KG, will take over the position as Managing Director, as of January 1st, 2008.
