We recently had a half page write-up in the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal and are scheduled for a full article in the Morning Call, the main newspaper for the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area. It is all very exciting and hectic with long hours and late nights, but totally worth it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the good fortune continues. Our attendees range from representatives of large established corporations who need to learn about coffee to entrepreneurs seeking to open their first coffeehouse. Our workshops also draw existing retailers looking to boost profits as well as baristas who need to prepare for barista competitions.
Because of our reputation, we attract attendees from all over the world, including Bermuda, Costa Rica, Japan, Bahrain, Jamaica, Malaysia, Mexico, Thailand, France, Lebanon, Russia, Nicaragua, Kazakhstan, Korea, Singapore, South Africa, Aruba, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, the United Kingdom, the Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, Spain, United Arab Emirates and El Salvador. We are conscious of cultural differences and cater our curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
When your key people need to be your on-site espresso experts, ABC’s “train the trainer” approach gives them the graduate level barista skills required to train the rest of your staff.
